From Bowling to “I Do’s”

It doesn’t matter how many times you’ve been brokenhearted. You can’t say you will never fall in love again. Every heart has its rise and fall. This is how I understand love through some friends. And I have then realized it’s a fact.
Time, short or long, heals all wounds. Love just happen even when you least expect it. You cannot say when you’re gonna feel it. It just happen. And that’s what happened to my friend, Karen. Of the JEKA, she’s the first one who got married to the lucky Ariel. =)
It all started from a bowling tournament. We’re of the same team – The Minotaurs. I am not gonna tell the whole story because it’s very long and I will have to ask permission from the couple because if I do that now, I might be a friend who can no longer be trusted. Let’s just give them their own space.
Anyways, I am very happy that the once in a lifetime event in their lives came out to be PERFECT! The stress they had during the preparation was all worth it. Everything went smoothly on that day, from the hotel to the church until the end of the event at their wedding venue. Ariel & Karen became husband & wife on a Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 3:30pm.
I could not describe how I felt when I saw the bride as the door of the church opened and when she started walking down the aisle with flying bubbles in the air. Her smile was so sweet! Happiness is all over her face. And I found myself smiling. It was the moment where I thought was a dream. I told myself, “Can somebody pinch me?” =)
Everybody had fun and enjoyed at the venue. The activity was just short(compared to the other weddings I’ve attended) but it was great.
The wedding became perfect because of the people who made it possible – the family and friends of the couple and to a few people who gave their best services – Erish of Petals & Accent and Team, Achie, Arnel Accion and Team,Don Gonzales, Ladislawa Clubhouse, Sta. Ana Parish, The Pinnacle Hotel & Suites, Infinity, Kubiyertos and others.
Well, the K in JEKA had been taken. The question is, who’s gonna be the next?
